I think Jack meant for this to go out to everyone.

in the parking lot. Don't be looking for a building of at least 8
stories.

 Howdy Mongers,
We will meet TONIGHT at 7:00pm:
 Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf13376 N. Highway 183, Suite 800, Austin, TX
I'll be wearing a green Scouting shirt and should have some kind of
Perl banner with me.
There is not a projector available at the coffee shop, y'all are
welcome to bring your own projector and we'll just have to figure out
a way to make it work.
Feel free to text me if you have any questions!

the meeting tonight as well. The setup at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is
pretty informal. For a small group it should be okay. There is no
projector, screen, or separate meeting room and they close at 9pm.
Meeting space in Austin seems to be at a premium right now and hard to
find. If we ever get a big group of 20 or 25 like we did 10 years ago,
we might be in trouble.
I have not had time to work with Catalyst over the past couple of
weeks. Had to go back to my paying job for a while. I'm still
interested in chained dispatch actions. I think I've got it, but some
refresher on that would be great. I'm also interested in how static
content is included in a Catalyst application. My understanding is
that Template Toolkit is mostly used for specifying the type of
response. How much of it used for actually templating? What should I
be doing with Catalyst, and Template Toolkit as opposed to
incorporating JavaScript libraries. I watched the video of Casey
West's talk 'How to be a web UI developer'.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68O0Wso_XuU It's pretty great with a
lot of ideas and tools introduced. But, how does one incorporate those
into a Catalyst application.
I was making real progress on this stuff until about 3 weeks ago. I
can't wait to get back to it.

I am all ready for tonight. Are we still on? I have not been to an
APM meeting before so how do these things work? Interactive
presentation style, presentation with questions at the end? How long?
Also, I have stuff on a pc laptop, is there a projector or do I need
to bring one.

I talked to my boss about showing stuff off and he said that
would be fine. I just can't hand out any code. I can do next week,
12/3, but 12/10 would work better.

I have not been to any APM meetings yet so I am sorry if these are
dumb questions. Is there a projector? Is there internet connection?

I'd prefer next Tuesday over tomorrow, just given how lame the
weather is. I'd be happy to add anything to the Catalyst
conversation, and do an informal review as well, if people want. By
next week Catalyst advent will be started, and between now and then I
am a bit busy trying to get enough articles together.

I've been working on chained dispatch types when I get the time. I've
had to return to my 'job at the factory'. So, once again, I'm having
trouble making time for that which really drives me, Perl 5. On

Mongers, Our monthly meeting is this Tuesday, November 26th, at
7:00pm. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf 13376 N. Highway 183, Suite
800, Austin, TX Per Jack Lupton's request, our topic will be
the Catalyst web app framework. Hopefully Jack will be in attendance
and ready to give a brief Catalyst presentation! Also, I've
updated our website at the austin.pm domain, and the austin.pm.org
domain should now properly forward. Please take a moment to let me
