APM: Win32 & Perl-- can I get the command line given to an executable from its pid?

Perl programs run under MSWindows appear in the task manager as 'perl'. Thus
if you have two perl sources that are hogging CPU you can't tell which
source is causing the problem.
Are there any Win32::* or ActiveState libraries that can let me see which
perl source is running? Other techniques?
FYI-- SysInternal's Process Explorer has been suggested.
Thanks,
-Bill
