APM: Data::Dumper and FreeBSD

What version of perl?  What version of FreeBSD?  Is it base system perl or
from ports or something else?  Data::Dumper should be installed by default
on FreeBSD as part of the perl installation.  It comes with perl.  There is
no port for Data::Dumper specifically.
