[Auckland-pm] Let the monster awake!

G'day Dan and everyone else,

At Perl Training Australia we send out occasional newsletters to our clients.
There is some space in these newsletters for news of Perl Monger resurrections
and the like.  Since there seem to be at least three of you who are interested
in making Auckland PM have occasional meetings, I would be delighted to mention
Auckland PM to our subscribers (which includes a number of people in Auckland)
as long as between you, you update the auckland.pm.org page so that it looks alive.

I strongly recommend that you also update the Auckland Perl Mongers page on
PerlNet ( http://perl.net.au/wiki/Auckland_Perl_Mongers ) as it is both easy for
people without perl.org webdav accounts, and is also visited by a different set
of people than those who receive our newsletters.

The Sydney Perl Mongers have put in a clever redirect at http://sydney.pm.org so
that the wiki now acts as their main page.  You are welcome to do this if you like.

I am very interested in helping Auckland Perl Mongers start up and am willing to
help you advertise your first meetings as much as I can.  Unfortunately since
I'm in Melbourne, you are going to have to do much of the actual work.
