Karen Pauley, president of the Perl Foundation and Ya'akov Sloman,
Chair of the Community Advocacy Committee will be in Philly on October
1st for a Community Symposium.  I believe this is the second such
symposium with the first occurring August 7 in Chicago.  There will be
