unicode greek html text. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Mozilla and Internet Explorer for windows can show
the greek text correctly if the user manually specifies the encoding (ie
from View - Encoding - Unicode) but the browsers do not recognize it
