Located at Oulof Palme st., I cannot give you the exact number, but it is after Panepistimiopolis to the North. At Ilisia. If you are coming from Hilton Hotel, you take Eyfroniou, pass from in front of Caravel, continue straight till you meeting Ymittou-Oulof Palme ( Ymittou to the South-Pagrati, Oulof Palme to the North-Ilisia). Eufroniou ends there and you are at the borders of Panepistimiopolis. There, you go to the left and pass Panepistimiopolis and Grigorioy Ayksentiou, the main street of Ilisia. Architektoniki is after Grigoriou Ayksentiou, on your left hand. Just find a place to park over there. Meeting is at 10 o'clock. I will be there earlier. I have also invited HELLUG. They suggested making a small presentation of Perl's capabilities. I am bringing the laptop with me. Any suggestions of what would be interesting to present are welcome. At the right of Asklipiou. You get off at Panepistimiopolis (at Oulof Palme) or the one after that(Grigoriou Ayksentiou) and walk to Oulof Palme. It will be 3 minutes walk to the North (Zografou) on Oulof Palme. Alternatively, 608 and get off before reaching Papagou (ask the driver, cannot remember the name of the bus stop), then go to the right-South to the direction of Ilisia. If you use the underground, get off at Evangelismos ,then 10 minutes walk to Oulof Palme. And what sort of wifi coverage is there?) > I was actually happy to meet people with that level in Athens. > The number of us does not encourage pretty regular meetings, > though. FWIW, Cologne.pm rarely has more than 4 or 5 people at any single meeting, although there are probably about thrice as many that show up at least occasionally, at least another 5 or 6 that have shown up just once or twice (in some 4 years). Since you don?t have that sort of membership buffer, you would all have to show up at (almost) every meeting; but if you?re all interested enough for that, then 4 is quite enough to make a crowd. You might want to be flexible about meeting appointments if you are so few? although be careful in that case, because it makes it easy to let far too much time pass between meetings. Btw, the photo on athens.pm.org from the meeting with Larry shows 18 participants. I wonder where they all went? > Any questions or suggestions can be listed here, I suppose. Since you all seem to speak English quite fluently, don?t miss PerlMonks.org also.
