[Athens-pm] LWP/CGI/SOAP

Hello everyone!!!

Long time no seen. anyway!
i'd like to ask you what is the difference between LWP
and CGI. I know that CGI is used to serve (create) www
docs and LWP is used to retrieve (as an browser) www
docs. Ok i know the difference (or i think i know :P).
But why someone would like to work with LWP and create
a web browser!? There are any other (smart) things LWP
can do/created !?!?!? Where it would be usefull!?
About SOAP now! Is it washing the web as we wash our
hands :P (er... just kidding). What about SOAP.What is
it   ?
