[AnnArbor.pm] Quick note about editing the site

Hello everyone,

If you save *any* page in the site, please make sure you "publish" the
"Page" template in "Archive Templates" in the "Design" > "Templates" page.
(See attachment "how-to-publish.png".)

If you don't, every page in the site will look off. (See attachment
"save-without-publish.png" to see how the site looks if not re-published.)

I'm pretty sure this is related to my custom theming, and will look for a
long-term solution. =)
