Mark and Mongers,

Since we had our meeting on 23 January, we should be looking around 23 March for the next meeting. Here's what's currently available around that date at the East Greenbush Library for a meeting between (if needed) 6:00pm and (if needed) 8:45pm.

Monday, 17 March: Available
Friday, 21 March: Available
Monday, 24 March: Available
Tuesday, 25 March: Available
Monday, 31 March: Available

In terms of holidays, the only one I can find for these dates is 17 March = St. Patrick's Day.

The EGL allows food, but requires us to clean up after ourselves, so given our performance at the COG, this won't be an issue. They also provide a projector, tables and chairs, etc.

Let me know what date you'd prefer. Please send your vote (for one date, or all OK dates) by Sunday night (2 February). I'll book the winning date on Monday morning.

-Pat
