[albany-pm] July 2013 meeting

During the recent PM cull, I got a ping from the support staff that our
site looked like we might have died off. Which, to be fair, we have.

So, I threw a site update onto http://albany.pm.org/

Let's have a social meeting in July. I have some round tuits to give out.

I'm on #albany.pm on irc.perl.org if anyone wants to help pick a day or
place.

I'm tentatively thinking Thursday, July 25th.
