I am planning on going to OSDC this year. Not seen a lot of planning 
activity for it yet though.

Linux Conf AU on the other hand is visibly rolling along. Their call for 
papers is now open; http://lca2011.linux.org.au/programme/papers
LCA begins Monday 24th January 2011.
