Their claims are so strangely argued, I think there's no case.  "Look, we said
that the speed doesn't *matter* and that's why it's all okay."

Basically, the checkmarks are ludicrous, but in conjunction with those bullcrap
reasons, they're not *lies*.  Just ridiculous priorities.
