What about September 11?  I am picking this because it looks convenient, and
not because of any significance of the day!

Please note that it is a FRIDAY.  I don't think I'll have any problems not
working or leaving early that day.  If this IS a problem for people, what about
the 12th?  I just figure that there will be less traffic on a Friday afternoon
than a Saturday afternoon!

time to meet there.  Next step: set a time to meet closer to here and make a
road trip.  I hear Ted has a van.

I may be good to get out of work, Ill probably be good for either day. I  
can give a definite when my wife gets back in town.

Just throwing this out there - on the 12th the dog fish brewery is having  
some sort of a gonzo fest in MD also coinciding with a chili contest of  
some sort. I cant get the details from work, but Ill email them to you when  
I get home. Long way to travel though - leaving Friday and camping would  
probably be the way to go. Im not married to the idea.

:-?  I would think the opposite.  On Fridays you have people driving out
to their weekend spots.

While I could probably make either day, Saturday would be better for

I would not object to getting together for breakfast and then heading down.

but we can figure something out.  Then again, maybe nobody wants to try to get
to Bethlehem before ten.

Ok, I'm calling it on!  Ted and Faber are in, and that's enough of a quorum for
me.  I'm not waiting any longer to get to Victory.

Some of the guys from PHL.pm may join us there.

We will depart from Bethlehem around 10:00, maybe a little later.  Faber
doesn't want to arrive later that 9:30.  Who wants to do some breakfast?  We
could shoot for 9:30 breakfast someplace fast.  There's Waffle House (which can
be crowded or slow on Saturday morning) and a nice little breakfast dive near
me, and other choices.  We could also shoot for 9:00 and Faber could lump it.

I would too -- it'll depend on how full they are.  They're tiny and popular.
We might have to wait outside for a while.  Not sure.

We can always meet near it and ditch to WH/elsewhere if deemed necessary.

The dive, btw, is Whitey's, right by Gute.  Paul will also swear to their

In case you've missed it, perl 5.10.1 is out this week.  It's 5.10 with
craploads of bug fixes, speed improvements, and less horrible semantics for the
~~ operator.
