[ABE.pm] sad news about Jim Brand

I'm very sorry to report that Jim Brand, whom some of you may remember from our
last technical meeting at the library, passed away this week.  I only know what
was in his obituary, which says that he was involved in a snowmobile accident.

Jim was a nice guy.  I'm sad that I will never again be scared shitless as he
honks at me while I'm crossing 2nd Street on the way to work.
